The rental price for each vehicle and plan is displayed on the relevant vehicle page and pricing page of this website. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax.

Additional Charges (追加料金)
The following charges may apply in addition to the displayed rental price, as set out in our Terms and Conditions:

Refueling fee (¥6,000) if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank
Non-Operation Charge (¥20,000–¥50,000) in the event of an accident, damage, or soiling
Cancellation fees, as set out in our Terms and Conditions
ETC card rental :¥1,000 per rental, tax included
Road tolls: at cost, settled by credit card at return

Payment Terms & Methods (代金の支払時期・方法)
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, processed securely via Square.

Service Delivery (役務の提供時期)

The rental vehicle is provided to the customer at the date, time, and location confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy (キャンセル・返金について)

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your pickup time
50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup, or for no-shows
Cancellations you make due to weather conditions are subject to the policy above, unless we determine that the weather makes handover or operation of the vehicle unsafe (see "Cancellation by Us" below).

Cancellation by Us In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to severe weather (e.g., heavy snow, typhoon, road closures) or other unforeseen circumstances that make the rental unsafe or impossible, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the credit card used for payment, within 7 days.
