Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your pickup time. A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, are non-refundable. In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to severe weather (e.g., heavy snow, typhoon, road closures) or other unforeseen circumstances that make the rental unsafe or impossible, a full refund will be issued.

Pickup and return are available within our business hours only (9:00–21:00).
